WCW Nitro Grill
Before the Monday Night Wars were over, WCW had its own restaurant in Las Vegas. The WCW Nitro Grill opened inside the Excalibur Hotel & Casino in 1999, bringing wrestling, food, memorabilia, and larger-than-life WCW attitude together under one roof. It didn’t last long, but it left behind one of the most wonderfully ridiculous pieces of late-’90s wrestling history.
This shirt celebrates that short-lived landmark with a full-color front graphic featuring the Nitro Grill logo surrounded by iconic Las Vegas attractions, including Excalibur, Mandalay Bay, Luxor, and Circus Circus. The back features the WCW Las Vegas Nitro Grill logo, a hard hat and shovel, and the unforgettable slogan “WHERE THE BIG BOYS EAT!” alongside the January 12, 1999 groundbreaking date.
