Before Valiant became one of the defining comic publishers of the ’90s, it was busy answering the really important questions. What happens when the Bushwhackers invite the Nasty Boys to tea? This design comes straight from that wonderfully weird corner of wrestling and comic-book history, featuring character artwork of the WWF Superstars who appeared throughout Valiant’s 1991 WWF Illustrated Action Books. Ultimate Warrior, Rowdy Roddy Piper, Big Boss Man, Texas Tornado, Mr. Perfect, the Bushwhackers, the Nasty Boys, Sensational Sherri, the Undertaker, Million Dollar Man Ted DiBiase, the Mountie and Paul Bearer surround the classic WWF logo in gloriously colorful early-’90s comic-book style.

It’s a deep-cut tribute to an era when WWF existed in a full-blown illustrated universe — and legendary comic creators could somehow find themselves drawing professional wrestlers having fistfights at tea parties.

Printed on heavyweight, garment-dyed Comfort Colors blanks for that soft, broken-in feel that suits a design pulled from the comic rack circa 1991.
